Princeton’s Institute for Youth Ministry

Coverforwebindexwithbutton I just received my brochure for the 2008 Forums on Youth Ministry at Princeton. (Download brochure here)

I attended my first forum this spring and would highly recommend it to anyone who has a heart for youth ministry.

Don't expect to come away with tons of new ideas, games, and lesson plans though. This forum is 3 1/2 days of thinking theologically about youth ministry. It was the most refreshing conference I have attended in over 6 years of full-time youth ministry in the same church.

Also, you have the option to enter the Youth Ministry Institute at Princeton. After 3 forums and a Capstone retreat, you will be certified in youth ministry by Princeton. That's pretty cool. Let me know if you are considering attending. I'll be having a son around the time of the Nashville forum, but I plan on being back at Princeton in the Spring.
